Cancellation Policy
We charge a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Payment is due at time of service no exceptions.
We do not accept checks.
By signing this waiver you understand you are fully responsible for the full payment of your service at the time of your service, and accept responsibility for any no-show fee's, and 100% of your bill for services rendered.
